1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike after purchase.
  • Products returned without original packaging or signs of use.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at deepjaswantpvt@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Order number
    • Full name and contact number
    • Clear photographs of the product showing the damage or defect
    • A short description of the issue
  3. Our customer support team will assess your request and respond within 2 working days with the next steps.

3. Return Pickup and Shipping

  • For approved returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner where possible.
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse. In such cases, we will reimburse the return shipping cost (up to a reasonable amount) upon receipt of the product and courier invoice.
  • Items must be shipped to the address provided by our support team.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse:

  • It will undergo quality inspection to confirm the reported issue.
  • If the product meets the return criteria, the refund process will be initiated.
  • If the product does not qualify for return (e.g., used or damaged by customer), it will be returned to you at your expense.

5. Refund Process

Upon successful approval of your return:

  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–4 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request a refund and place a new order.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
